Mini Festival Registration System

Welcome to the Surrey Mini Rugby Festivals Registration System.

The aim of this site is to make squad registration for the end of season festivals as easy as possible for Team Managers and Festival Administrators.

Team Managers

Step 1

Register on this site yourself; either click on the 'register' button on the left or use this link REGISTER HERE

You will be asked to give your personal contact details and confirm the names of your designated referees and first aiders for each festival that you are entering (you can come back and fill this in later if you don't know the individuals right now)

Step 2

LOGIN TO THE SITE with the username and password you have chosen.

Choose your festival by clicking on the 'Squad Registration Links' from the menu, which will appear on the left ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN and register your squad details.

You can edit your squad details at any point up to the day before the event, just come back to this site, login, choose the festival that you want to edit and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you have last minute changes on the day then please advise the age group control tent at the festival.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE SQUAD TO REGISTER please use the separate 'events' for your 2nd and 3rd teams
